Torsten from Shaman-Australis (www.shaman-australis.com) reports: I have tried the leaves of locally (AUS) grown plants and found them to be mildly (but definitely) active. It was very much like low dose ibogaine with mostly just stimulation and the occasional skin sensation (serotonin?). Khuong-Huu et al [1976] found 3 indole alkaloids, ibogamine, ibophyllidine and iboxyphylline. Delourme-Houde also did multiple tests on different parts and found 0.35% total alkaloids in the leaves. These details are from Neuwinger. *Torsten* ====================================================== published by The TAC Society - http://www.tacethno.com
