Banisteriopsis caapi seeds are always in short supply because of the unpredictability of their season.
To grow Banisteriopsis caapi from seed, you should sow in a quality, well-draining soil as soon as you receive your seeds. Insert the seed head into the soil, leaving the “wing” sticking straight up. Keep the soil moist throughout germination. Covering with plastic can help maintain moisture, but make sure there isn’t too much water - standing water on the surface is too much.
These seeds were just harvested from the Peruvian rainforest at the beginning of October!
We didn't get many because their viability is so short lived, however.
So order quickly and get them planted ASAP.
Allow 2 to 4 weeks to sprout.
